1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing nexoraat.com or engaging Nexoraat for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our Services
Nexoraat provides website creation, mobile app development, UI/UX design, digital marketing, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are agreed separately with each client, typically via a proposal or contract.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any content or assets required for us to deliver a project on schedule.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Nexoraat retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a client requests otherwise.
5. Payment
Payment terms are set out in the individual proposal or contract agreed with each client.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nexoraat provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties beyond those explicitly agreed in a client contract. To the extent permitted by law, Nexoraat is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the applicable project contract.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
